The hotel had a cool Danish modern style with walk-in showers, fantastic views, and cool artwork. The service was a bit underwhelming with poor customer service but they did help make a reservation at an excellent restaurant. The location was perfect, near the waterfront and attractions like Sony Arts Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame, and Scotiabank Arena. The dining experience offered several options but was not exceptional. The facilities were decent overall.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was superb, close to everything including the financial district and Union station. The rooms were spacious and modern with nice amenities. However, the poor customer service was quite noticeable, as if they have heard complaints countless times before. The dining options were varied and well-prepared, offering a great selection. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The Danish modern style rooms were beautifully designed with all necessary amenities and brand-new facilities. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The service, while not perfect, made my reservation at an excellent restaurant and offered a range of convenient options like room service, car hire, and valet parking. The location directly across from Central Station was extremely convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience with many different options was delicious. Overall, a great value for money.
